Due to the nature of our service:
- All PDF download transactions are final.
- Refunds are strictly not provided once a PDF download link has been successfully generated and made available after payment confirmation via Payment Getaway.
Exceptions:
- Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in the event of a technical failure on our system preventing PDF generation/delivery after successful payment, provided the issue is verifiable and reported promptly.
Before Purchasing:
- Ensure you have selected the correct article for PDF download. Payments are processed securely through Payment Gateway.
